Food Supply Preservation

The knowledge of how to grow your own food is not enough for the long haul. Food supply preservation has to come into play. Essentially, there are three basic types of food preservation: canning, freezing, and drying. Strategies for survival food often tend to make use of foods that can be dried or freeze dried, to make them easy to carry, and capable of lasting for a long time. Methods of freezing foods and canning foods are really the preferred method for food supply preservation.

We will be adding to this new page of Food Supply Gardening often. We will be sharing on the subject of canning and freezing foods. Food Supply Canning:
